The St. Petersburg Little Theatre will hold auditions for:
Kiss Me, Kate

By Cole Porter

Auditions: Sunday October 19 and Monday October 20, 2008 at 7:00PM at the theatre.

This delightful Cole Porter musical gives a new spin to The Taming of the Shrew

Director Rand Smith is seeking:
A large cast of both men and women ages -18 to 60.
Please bring sheet music; an accompanist will be provided. Come prepared to move!

Production dates: January 23 – February 8, 2009
9 performances Friday and Saturday at 8:00PM and Sunday at 2:00PM. fundraiser could put us over the top!

Curious about auditioning... Would like to know what the rehearsal schedule may be like? I know that it may not yet be set in stone, but a rough idea would be much appreciated!

i was also wondering about rehearsals and if there was going to be an ensemble casting as far as dancers were concerned since i do not have a lot of singing experience...
