Director Michael DuMouchel directs the suspense filled thriller that will have you on the edge of your seat.

When the lights go out in the theatre June 13 there will be more afoot than just the opening of the 6th and final show of the St. Petersburg Little Theatres 83rd season.
This play will have you white knuckled and catching your breath as three sinister crooks terrorize a blind woman in her apartment while trying to collect a heroin filled doll.   The tables will turn and turn as you inhabit both the dark world of Susy Hendrix and the dark mind of Harry Roat.

This 1966 Broadway smash which also fostered two movies, pulls you in to a world where the safety of home and your concept of disability will be turned on its head.  Susy Hendrix played by Sephora Machlus manages to make her blindness a tool to fight the intruders and the last scene played out on a darkened stage is a well worth waiting for climax to a roller coaster ride through this play by Frederick Knott, who’s writing unsurprisingly caught the attention of the master of suspense; Alfred Hitchcock.

Show times are Friday and Saturday evenings at 8:00PM and Saturday and Sunday matinees at 2:00PM.  Call the Box Office for Tickets and Information at 727-866-1973.
Tickets are $18.00 adults and $10.00 students.  Website: www.splt.org.  The theatre is located just off 275 at 4025 31st. St. South, St. Petersburg.
